Partnering

Cell Projects continues to actively explore and invest in new technologies driven both by our own internal research as well as outside introductions for new novel ideas and inventions.

We are especially interested and keen to talk with companies and scientists who have technologies within our core areas of expertise:

Electroporation
Transfection
PCR / qPCR
DNA Sampling and Isolation

Once the introduction is arranged, we will agree a Confidentiality Agreement initially to protect any potential Intellectual Property on the invention. With the CDA in place, we will then arrange a meeting with the inventors and the Cell Projects team to understand the nature of the technology and its viability to be developed. Following on, we will discuss the various options available to assess its suitability for licensing, partnering or a joint development agreement in such a way that the Inventors derive a royalty or payback on any success derived from the technology during the development and commercialisation phases.
